- Putting it all together: practising a coaching-style conversation to help with delegation and build trust
- Group problem solving: an action learning set to solve problems collectively and practise your new coaching skills
- Q&A: an open session to discuss any other challenges, and prepare for an upcoming stakeholder or team meeting
