Project Managers are stressed. It’s always a delivery problem. Why?

Project Managers are stressed.

It’s always a delivery problem.

Why?

What does a delivery problem imply?

It’s the Project Manager's fault.

🫤 A team member has made a mistake

🫤 A client has a misunderstanding

🫤 The work is taking longer than planned

🫤 A team member is off sick, and the plan has to change

🫤 The client isn't’ happy with the last deliverable

The list goes on.

Who’s always involved with all of these issues?

The Project Manager.

So, this post is to say it’s not your fault.

Mistakes will happen.

Your project will have problems, but that’s okay.

It’s not all on you.

Just take action, take the lessons when you can, and move on.

Enjoy your life outside of work; you have to be able to switch it off.

Here’s to a calm day of no problems with your projects 🙏🏼
